外国人工作许可证 变更业务申办指引

　　已取得《外国人工作许可证》的外国人个人信息（姓名、护照号、职务、类别）等事项发生变更的，应当自变更事项发生之日起10个工作日内提出变更业务申请。

　　一、办理程序 

　　网上申请→ 网上预审→ 受理→ 审查→ 决定

　　二、材料清单及要求

　　所需材料如下：

　　1.《外国人来华工作许可变更申请表》（系统中填写好申请人信息,在线导出申请表,打印后需申请人签名，加盖单位公章）；

　　2.申请变更事项的证明文件；

　　3.《外国人工作许可证》。

　　Guide for Change of Foreigner’s Work Permit of FWP

　　For any change with the personal information (name, passport, position and category) of a foreigner with a FWP, an application for change shall be made within 10 working days since the change occurs.
